Terms & Conditions – Wenexxt
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Wenexxt via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Wenexxt reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version applicable at the time of ordering will apply to your purchase.

3. Products & Availability
All clothing items are subject to availability. We strive to display product descriptions, sizing, and colors as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur due to screen settings or production batches. Wenexxt reserves the right to discontinue items or update collections at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Wenexxt reserves the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
Orders placed before 23:00 are normally shipped the same day. Standard delivery within the Netherlands is 1–3 working days; within the EU up to 3-5 days. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you promptly. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your clothing, without giving a reason.
Notification must be sent to us within this period via email (support@wenexxt.com).
You then have another 14 days to return the items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
For hygienic reasons, underwear, socks, and similar items cannot be returned if opened.
Refunds (including the original shipping cost) will be made within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Return costs: Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Warranty
All Wenexxt clothing is covered by the EU 2-year legal guarantee. This means your purchase must be free from defects upon delivery and perform as reasonably expected.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.
Depending on the issue, Wenexxt will repair, replace, or refund the item.
The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse of the product.
8. Liability
Wenexxt is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or other consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased clothing item.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We process customer data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Den Hague, Netherlands.
